Filtration process
The six stages and what each one does
5 micron pre-filter
First barrier for visible sediment such as sand, rust, mud, and suspended particles.
1 micron sediment filter
Captures finer suspended particles before the carbon and RO stages.
Inline carbon filter
Helps reduce chlorine-related taste and odour and helps protect the RO membrane.
RO membrane
The main stage for reducing dissolved solids and selected contaminants.
Post-carbon filter
Final taste and odour polishing after water leaves storage.
Mineral alkaline cartridge
Conditions the final water and supports the target outlet pH range.
