Clear answers about the filter, price, installment plan, installation, output, warranty, maintenance, and ordering.
Product and price
Before you order
What is the exact product name?
The exact product name is Aqualife RO Domestic Water Filter.
How many filtration stages does it have?
The current public specification has six stages: 5 micron pre-filter, 1 micron sediment filter, inline carbon filter, RO membrane, post-carbon filter, and mineral alkaline cartridge.
Does it include UV and UF?
UV and UF appeared in older business notes, but they are not confirmed in the supplied six-stage diagrams for the current physical model. We do not publish UV or UF claims until the model and technical sheet verify them.

The current cash price is LKR 54,900.
What is the installment plan?
LKR 15,000 upfront plus LKR 5,990 per month for 10 months. The total payable is LKR 74,900. Terms and confirmation apply.

Performance and installation
How the unit is used
What is the storage tank capacity?
The stated storage tank capacity is 18 litres.
How much water can it produce?
Approximately 100 to 150 litres per day under suitable conditions. Actual output depends on source-water quality, inlet pressure, temperature, membrane condition, electricity, and household use.
What is the filtered-water pH?
The target outlet pH is approximately 6.5 to 8.5. The actual result varies with source water and the mineral cartridge condition.
Is the system automatic?
Yes. The current product information describes fully automatic operation through a low-voltage 24 V DC system.
Is installation included?
Transport and installation are included with the current offer, subject to service-area confirmation and the suitability of the installation location.
When is the water test performed?
The basic water test is carried out when the filter is installed. A separate pre-installation home visit for water testing is not included.
Warranty, service, and evidence
After purchase
What warranty is included?
A one-year warranty applies under the written warranty terms. Confirm the exact covered components, exclusions, and claim process at purchase.
Is service free for life?
No blanket promise of lifetime free service is made. After-sales support is available, while parts, consumables, travel, labour, and work outside warranty may be chargeable.
How often should filters be replaced?
Replacement timing depends on source-water quality, household use, flow, and the cartridge condition. The exact part and current service guidance should be confirmed before replacement.
Is a laboratory test report the same as product certification?
No. A test report for a submitted unit is not automatically a quality certificate, approval, endorsement, or guarantee for every future unit. Certification wording is used only when separate documentary authority supports the exact public claim.
Can it be used with every water source?
No single filter should be assumed suitable for every source. Source water and the installation conditions should be assessed, especially where salinity, very high dissolved solids, or unusual contamination is suspected.
